Join Nomad on an unforgettable journey as we partner with the Disc Golf Pro Tour to bring you a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the 2025 Disc Golf World Championships in Nokia and Tampere, Finland.
This is a rare opportunity to join a group of 16 like-minded fans to witness a special moment in our sport’s history as the World Championships venture beyond North America for the very first time.
We’ve partnered with the event director, Jussi Meresmaa, to design an incredible itinerary with VIP access to the biggest event in disc golf. You’ll be up close and personal with the action and see every thrilling moment from within touching distance to the game’s biggest stars. And when you’re not following the pros, you can test your own skills against some of the finest courses that Europe has to offer, fully supported by our team of expert guides.
Off the course, there’ll be deluxe accommodations to enjoy, right in the heart of Tampere. There will also be excellent food and a whole lot of fun. You do not want to miss it.

Hotel check-in begins at 3 pm, but your VIP spectator passes allow access to the tournament from the moment you arrive. Should you prefer, you can make your own way to the hotel at your leisure, should you want to explore Helsinki first.

The 2025 Disc Golf World Championship
This unforgettable adventure kicks off at 3 pm at the Solo Sokos Hotel Torni in the heart of Tampere, where your Nomad guides will provide a brief orientation. After that, it’s time to get in the mix and soak up the action, VIP-style.
In the evening, you’ll join us for a special welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you can mingle with your group and enjoy the contents of your exclusive welcome bag.
Day 2 | Thursday, july 31, 2025
VIP viewing & private meet-and-greet dinner
Start the day at your own pace before enjoying the many perks of VIP access at the tournament. Our private shuttles are available throughout the day for easy transport to and from the courses. During play, you will savor a VIP lunch and enjoy unparalleled tournament viewing privileges. In the evening, we’ll unwind at the hotel’s rooftop lounge with breathtaking views of Tampere before gathering for a private dinner with some very special guests. It will be a unique chance to connect with disc golf icons and gain insider insights in an intimate setting.
Day 3 | Friday, August 1, 2025
VIP viewing & local disc golf
We’ll spend the day enjoying premier viewing access as the tournament heats up. And for those feeling inspired, you can join your guides for an optional outing to play a round at a nearby course.
As night falls, explore Tampere’s vibrant dining scene on your own and indulge in one of the city’s fantastic restaurants.
Day 4 | Saturday, August 2nd, 2025

Experience all the tournament excitement from the best seats in the house — our private Skyboxes overlooking the 18th fairway and green. Equipped with live video feeds, the Skybox provides unmatched views and a front-row experience for the day’s highlights. Once the action has finished for the day, we’ll enjoy a group dinner at a local restaurant before embarking on a unique Nordic summer experience: nighttime disc golf! With nearly 18 hours of daylight, you’ll enjoy a thrilling round on a local course under a sunlit midnight sky. It’s sure to be one of the trip’s most unforgettable elements and something that few players ever get to experience!
Day 5 | Sunday, August 3rd, 2025
Championship finale, farewell dinner & black party
The final day of the World Championships promises to be spectacular. Start with breakfast at the hotel, then head to the course to relish every moment of this historic event. Enjoy roaming privileges with your VIP pass, or settle into your Skybox seat to witness the thrilling conclusion up close.
We’ll celebrate the champions of both the FPO and MPO divisions with an exclusive meet-and-greet before returning to the hotel to freshen up before our farewell dinner at a top local restaurant. And then, it’s into the night’s main event: the exclusive Black Party. Mingle with fans and players, soaking up the festive atmosphere as we celebrate the culmination of this extraordinary disc golf journey.
Day 6 | Monday, August 4th, 2025
Departure day
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Tampere, or as they say around here, “Moikka!”
Nomad will coordinate transfers to the Tampere train station, where you can catch an hourly train to Helsinki or begin your next adventure in Europe.

TOUR PRICES
Our tour prices are based on double occupancy. If you are a solo traveler and prefer to reserve a single room, a single room supplement will apply. If you are a solo traveler, but are willing to share a room, we will attempt to place you in a room with a person of the same gender. If we are unable to find a person to share your room, the single supplement will still apply.
BOOKING A TOUR
A deposit of $500 per person is required to book a tour. The balance of your tour payment will be due 90 days prior to the tour’s start date.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your tour after having paid the initial $500 deposit, but still before 90 days prior to the trip’s start date, a $250 per person deposit will apply. If you cancel your tour after having paid the final balance, but before 30 days prior to the tour’s start date, we will refund you 50% of the full tour price. If you cancel your tour inside of 30 days prior to the tour’s start date, no refunds will be given. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
